Clear Polycarbonate Canopies

Mosco Group specified and supplied Arcoplus 623™ 20mm multiwall polycarbonate roofing panels and the aluminium carriers. The clear panels are co-extruded with an infra-red reflective layer to reduce solar heat gain.

Arcoplus roofing system is designed to accommodate inadvertent human impact loads on roofs to ACR (M) 001-2011.

The panels snap down into aluminium carrier channels in a swift and positive installation operation. These carriers act as drain-channels carrying any water penetrating at the panel joins down into the gutter. Absolutely no penetration of the polycarbonate panel is required therefor ensuring total long-term weather proofing.

The system is completed with attractive aluminium side and end closures which were important in achieving the novel architectural aesthetic of the pagoda-style canopy
All panels were precisely dimensioned; and cut and taped in the factory to eliminate on-site cutting, leading to a high quality, efficient installation process.
